Zero Halliburton offers a 30-day return policy for unused and undamaged products in their original packaging to ensure complete satisfaction with your luxury luggage purchase. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your original shipping carton.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Ensure all original tags, protective covers, and documentation are included inside the box before dropping it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
