Yes, we offer a limited lifetime warranty on our hardside luggage collections and a limited five-year warranty on soft-sided cases to cover manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused, original condition merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and protective films intact.
How do I reset the combination on my TSA-approved lock?
Each case comes with specific instructions based on the lock model. Generally, you must hold the reset button in the 'set' position, choose your new code, and release the button to lock in the new sequence.
